We are a partnership of seven charities working in the London Borough of Hackney to improve the health and wellbeing of people aged fifty and over. The partner organisations are:

• Age Concern Hackney

• The Sharp End (lead partner)
• Stop Falls Network
  
• The Stroke Project (TLC)
  
• Wayside Community Centre

Together we are working to create local, affordable opportunities for people aged fifty and over to live healthy, active and rewarding lives. We are supported locally by Team Hackney and the Shoreditch Spa and funded by the Big Lottery Fund.

All inShape partners are regisitered charities and rely on grants and donations to keep working with older people.  If you are able to please go to the DONATE link which will take  you to the Sharp End's online donation page and they will collect the money on behalf of the inShape partners.
